How to have a perfect old school girls night in

Saturday was such a fun evening for me, I caught up with an old friend from the past who I haven't seen since I was 25. We indulged in copious amounts of wine, face masks, and lots and lots of singing. It was amazing so much nostalgia. We used to hang out around the beginning of the 2000s, so the songs were bloody amazing, the movies were hilarious and Saturday brought back one of those hilarious nights where we had no drama, no sadness, no responsibilities just pure fun. 

I'd love you all to experience this as well. So let's have a little run down at what makes the perfect old school girls night in

Let's start with the drinks 

WKD blue anyone??? remember how it turned your whole tongue blue, those were great days 

Barcardi Breezers, Probably the first alcoholic drink I ever tried 

Of course, you cannot skip out on the wine rose, white wine anything lol

Apple sourz, this is still my go to shot to this day 

Talking of shots does anybody remember slippery nipples??? which I think are made using baileys and sambuca 

😩 the hangovers I've endured with these little babies 

So now that's the alcohol sorted how about the food. 

Sausage rolls, create a huge platter 

A huge bowl of crisps 

Rainbow drops, A firm favorite of mine. Probably not the best thing for you, but hey, you're letting your hair down for the evening the diet can begin again tomorrow

Have a healthy option such as veggie sticks with a dip.

Fatman scoop be faithful- me and my friend go crazy for this song, it defiantly gets you shouting

Gwen Stephani- what you waiting for, the sweet escape, rich girl 

Ciara- goodies, 1 2 step 

Sophie Ellis Bextor- groovejet (if this ain't love), murder on the dancefloor 

Moloko- bring it back, the time is now 

Kelis- milkshake, trick me, I hate you so much right now

N.E.R.D- she wants to move, can I have it like that, 

Way to many to choose from this is only a quarter of them.

Okay, we've covered alcohol, music, movies, and snacks now we need some games to play. 

  

 

Instead of buying a 100-pound karaoke machine, all we do is load up youtube on the tv, and type in karaoke music and it will come straight up. Then grab your hairbrushes, turn up the music and sing your heart out 

You can also download the app forehead where you have to guess an answer by your friend giving you clues its hilarious, and after a few drinks you are going to want to play the rude version there's nothing funnier, you will end up in stitches 

Skincare 

You cant have a girls night in without some skin products, this bubble mask is great, super soft for your skin. Simply rub it on, leave for 8 minutes and watch the bubbles appear on your face, again you'll guarantee a laugh 

Try these things if you want to have the perfect girls night in. Pure fun with your friends, can refresh you and keep you smiling all week long. 

So go ahead, and let loose life is hard, life is full of stress and anger, there's no shame in having fun once in a while.
